Ta naÄin omogoÄa pritrditev tik do fasade ali pa tudi kakÅ”en centimeter od fasade, da se doseže lebdeÄi uÄinek.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I INSTALL MY MODERN HOUSE NUMBERS?
Here are our suggestions when deciding on the best place to install your modern house numbers, letters, or plaque:
ā¢ Walls, fences, columns, garages, and monuments are the most common locations.
ā¢ If possible, select a location that has building or site/landscape lighting for nighttime visibility.
ā¢ We offer various installation options enabling the sign to be installed on most surfaces, including wood, stucco, stone, brick, concrete, etc.
WHICH COLOR SIGN WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR MY HOME?
When choosing a color, contrast is key!
ā¢ Choose a finish that maximizes contrast and legibility.
ā¢ White and silver colors create maximum contrast on darker surfaces.
ā¢ Black, anthracite, or graphite grey creates maximum contrast on lighter surfaces.
ā¢ Consider coordinating the color of the house number plaque with the color of the house exterior (e.g. entrance, windows, garage doors, pillars, ...).
HOW DO I INSTALL MY HOUSE NUMBERS OR MAILBOXES?
House number signs can be installed on various surfaces. Whether you're mounting on brick, foam, vinyl, metal, or even glass, we offer tailored installation options to suit any surface:
ā¢ Hidden Stainless Steel Fixings: Ideal for any faƧade, ensuring a clean, floating appearance. Detailed instructions help guide you every step of the way (note: silicone glue not included).
ā¢ Plain Sign: A simple solution for flat, clean surfacesājust glue and go! (note: glue not included)
ā¢ Sign with Pre-drilled Holes: For easier mounting on uneven surfaces (note: screws not included).
Simplified Installation Process: Each number includes a template, making your setup straightforward and quick.
Mailboxes can be installed on hard or soft surfaces, making the installation possible on brick, foam, vinyl, or metal.
Each mailbox includes a drilling template, 2 keys, and all necessary fastening materials making installation straightforward and effortless.
ARE THE HOUSE NUMBERS AND PLAQUES āFLOATINGā OR āFLUSHā MOUNT?"
Our house number signs and plaques can be installed with a āfloatingā effect or "flush" mount using different installation methods. The installation method is selected at the checkout.
For a "floating effect" please choose the "Stainless steel fixings" method. Numbers will be fabricated with the concealed hardware enabling the āfloatingā look. Detailed instructions help guide you every step of the way (note: silicone glue not included).
For a "flush" mount please choose the "2x holes" or "plain sign" installation method. The numbers will be fabricated without any installation hardware enabling them to be mounted directly onto the surface. For mounting screws or glue can be used.
Each number includes a template, making your setup straightforward and quick.
CAN I CHANGE THE FONT OF THE HOUSE NUMBER?
Yes, we can change the font. Please use the preview option at the checkout and leave us a note when placing the order.
We will create a preview of your order with the requested font.
IS THE INSTALLATION HARDWARE INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes! Concealed hardware, 2-inch stainless steel studs, and spacers are provided for the signs that are made with the "stainless steel fixings" option. Silicone glue which will bond the studs in place is not provided.
Numbers or signs that are made as "plain signs" or "2x holes" are without the installation hardware and without glue.
Each number includes a template, making your setup straightforward and quick.
WHAT IS A PREVIEW OPTION?
Ensure your satisfaction with our preview service available at checkout.
You'll receive a digital mock-up of your order, allowing for adjustments before final productionāno surprises, just perfection.
The mockup will include the actual dimensions allowing you to double-check whether the size is suitable for your situation. We will be able to adjust the size if needed.
The preview option also allows changing the font if requested.

HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR MAILBOXES?
Our mailboxes are made to last and finished to withstand the elements.
Mailboxes are powder-coated. Powder coat finishes are tougher than conventional paint. Our powder
coat finishes are matte and wonāt peel or flake. The life expectancy of powder-coated products is much longer than conventionally painted products and are more resistant to chipping, scratching, chemicals, fading, and general wear and tear.
Personalisable plaques are made of acrylic glass. The material is durable and weather-resistant. Color will not fade nor change when exposed to direct sunlight.

Mailboxes can be installed on hard or soft surfaces, making the installation possible on brick, foam, vinyl, or metal.
Each mailbox includes a drilling template, 2 keys, and all necessary fastening materials making installation straightforward and effortless.
IS THE INSTALLATION HARDWARE INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE MAILBOX MADE FROM?
The mailboxes are made of steel and are powder-coated. The life expectancy of powder-coated products is much longer than painted products as these are more resistant to chipping, scratching, chemicals, fading, and general wear and tear.
The personalizable plaques (attached to mailboxes) are made from Perspex acrylic glass. The material is UV-resistant and rust-proof. The material color will never change (fade) even when exposed to direct sunlight and will never rust even when installed at the seaside.

IF I AM A CUSTOMER IN THE UNITED STATES, HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Orders shipped to the USA are delivered via DHL Express. Expected delivery time varies by zip code from 2-6 business days. The moment your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email and can view an estimated delivery date from the the carrier. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

IF I AM A CUSTOMER IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Orders shipped to the EU member states are delivered via GLS. Expected delivery time varies by country from 1-5 business days. The moment your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email and can view an estimated delivery date from the the carrier. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
International shipping is available to select locations (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, ...).
International orders ship via DHL Express.
Please note that there could be additional customs, taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees imposed by your government or customs clearing agencies.
Delivery time varies by location (from 2 - 6 business days).

I WAS NOTIFIED THAT MY ORDER WAS "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN'T LOCATE IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
We know how frustrating a āDeliveredā but missing package can be! With the increases in both online shopping and parcel theft, this is sadly becoming more common. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our shop and the status is confirmed as āDeliveredā by the carrier, the recipient of the package must now contact the carrier.
We recommend these steps:
ā¢ Locate the email with the shipping and tracking information for your order. Make a note of both the carrier and tracking number.
ā¢ Contact the carrier online or via phone.
ā¢ Provide your tracking number to search and file a claim for your missing package.
ā¢ Inquire with other members of your household, and with neighbors.
ā¢ Check in unusual delivery locations, under plants, behind pots, etc.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DURABLE AND OF A HIGH QUALITY?
Yes! Our precision-crafted numbers and mailboxes are made-to-order. For fabricating numbers and personalizable plaques we are using premium acrylic glass which is manufactured by Perspex Ltd. in England.
Our products are high quality and made to last for interior or exterior applications.
The materials used are UV-resistant and protected against the elements. Durable powder-coated finishes, highly recommended for coastal and industrial areas, are available in various colors to suit various situations.
We personally inspect every single item before wrapping it for shipment. If you find an issue with the quality of any item in your order, please let us know within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Weāll make it right.

CAN I PLACE A LARGE OR BULK ORDER?
Yes! We can meet your bulk/large order needs! We are highly experienced in working with commercial customers and design professionals to fill large orders of plaques, address numbers, and letters. We also provide wayfinding/directional signage, business signage, monument signs, restroom signs, custom fonts, integrated logos, and more.
For custom projects, a small design fee applies.

Yes! We are experts in creating custom products. Our in-house design team enjoys working with creative designers, architects, property managers, builders, homeowners associations, hardware stores, and municipalities to create custom products tailored to your project, development, or commercial property.
For custom projects, a small design fee applies.

Returns & Exchanges
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We have high standards for our products. We personally inspect each item before we ship it to you. Upon arrival, please check your items thoroughly. Keep all original packing materials. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via email at sales@studiocarino.com within 7 days from the date of delivery, and weāll be sure and get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day. If you are not happy, weāre not happy. Weāll make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All personalisable products are made-to-order, just for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order carefully prior to purchase.
Ready-made products (e.g. house numbers SOLO) can be returned back to our workshop. Please send back the items in their original condition to our business address within 30 days of receiving the package. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will issue a full refund of your order within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made to the payment card which was used for the initial purchase.
CHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATION
Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to make any modifications or cancel your order once it begins production. It is very important to double-check your order carefully prior to purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours at sales@studiocarino.com
